Biography:

Tom Krause provides legal counsel for both civil and criminal issues. As a Family Law attorney, Tom strives to obtain settlement when just, and offers extensive litigation experience for cases that fail to settle. A member of the Collaborative Law Institute, Tom offers an alternative to the typical divorce case where the parties commit to resolving the case amicably. As a member of the Ramsey and Hennepin County Guardianship/Conservatorship Attorney Panels, Tom has represented numerous clients in probate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters. Tom's criminal representation helps ensure that the constitutional rights of the accused are protected in cases such as DUI/DWI, B-Card violations, other Traffic Offenses, as well as more serious crimes. Tom's interests outside the office include golf, fishing, hunting and coaching youth sports.
